How to place an order?

Once you are on the product detail page just click add to basket and when you have finished shopping, click on the basket icon and then proceed to checkout. You will then be redirected to PayPal for the payment, and if you have made purchases from multiple ProShops, once the payment has gone through, you will be redirected back to the site in order to checkout these other purchases.
What's the difference between a ProShop and a Brand Sale?

A ProShop is independent store within the BornForSports website that is run by a merchant.
A Brand Sale is a sale of fixed period that is managed by the BornForSports Sales team.
What's the delivery time?

For Brand Sales:

We constantly strive to update and improve our delivery services to offer you competitive rates and secure delivery. On completion of a sale orders will be despatched by either BornForSports or the supplier within 5-7 working days for long term sales and once the sale has ended for short term sales.

For ProShops:

Delivery times will be on the “product detail” page, the basket and the checkout.

The delivery status is in the “my orders” page that is in the “my home” environment.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Please check the status of your order under the “my orders” tab which is in “my home”. You can then contact the seller by sending him a message via the link that’s at the bottom of the order.
Why should I leave feedback once I hace received my order?

It is important for our community of buyers to rate a merchant each time they make a purchase from them so that everyone knows if that merchant is fulfilling their obligations.
How do I leave feedback?

Once you have received the order, please go to the “orders” section that in is “my home” and click on the order to open up the bow and you can leave feedback by clicking on the link that’s at the bottom of the box next to the “contact seller” link.
How do I open a dispute with a seller?

If you are not happy with the item you received or you think that it doesn’t match the description, you can open a dispute via our dispute console. Please click on the link “dispute console” on the footer of every page. Have the item number ready and then follow the instructions.
