If you purchased your item from a ProShop you will have to return the item directly to the merchant and their returns policy will be on their despatch note, as well as on their ProShop home page. You can also contact the merchant directly from the “my orders” page by clicking on the “contact the seller” link that will be next to the order details.
If you purchased you item from a brand sale you may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item.
To return an item, please include the merchandise with a completed returns slip. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed.

Please note. For your protection Born recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
If you require an exchange our returns centre will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details on the returns slip along with your order number although please note that due to the nature of our sales an exchange may not always be available.
Defective Items:
All customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including both the merchandise and the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned. Born will refund you the cost of your return shipping charges if you include a receipt.
Please note the following exceptions to this policy:
1. Videos, PC and PlayStation games and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned have been deemed to be faulty.
2. All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.
3. We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
