How does the search engine work on BFS?
When a buyer enters a keyword in the search field on BFS, the system looks for keyword matches with the product descriptions and product titles of all products in the marketplace.

How do I upload an item for sale?
Simply log-in as a Merchant, go to admin inventory page, and click on “add new product” button. Fill up the product information form and save.

How do I remove an item that I have for sale?
Log-in as a Merchant, go to admin inventory page, and click on “delete” beside the item you want to remove.

How do I know an item has been sold?
After logging-in as a Merchant, go to admin orders page. You will see a list of New, Pending, Fulfilled, and Cancelled orders.

How does the dispute console work?
After logging-in as a Merchant, go to admin disputes page. You will see a list of disputes. After selecting an item from the list, click on the appropriate buttons to update the status or see more details. In the dispute details page, you can post a message for the customer.

How do I create categories for my ProShop?
Log-in, go to admin inventory page and click on either the “Add new product” or “Edit product” buttons. In the Add new product or Edit product screen, click on “Add new category” button and fill out the necessary information.

How do I remove categories from my ProShop?
Log-in, go to admin inventory page and click on either the “Add new product” or “Edit product” buttons. In the Add new product or Edit product screen, type in the category name, click on “Edit category” button, and select “delete”.

How do I upload my Terms & Conditions?
Log-in as a Merchant, go to admin inventory page, and click on “T’s & C’s” link. Enter the text on the box provided and save by clicking the “Update” button.

How do I upload my ProShop banner and logo?
Log-in as a Merchant and go to admin My shop page. Click on the part of the ProShop page you want to edit (banner area or logo). Upload the respective image using the upload button.

Do I have to put an RRP on the listing?
RRP is optional.

How do I select the items that will appear on my ProShop homepage?
Log-in as a Merchant and go to admin My shop page. Click on the part of the ProShop page you want to edit (highlighted items). Upload the respective image using the upload button.

How do I issue refund or a partial refund?
All refunds are done manually. As the payment is credited by Paypal directly to the Merchant, all refunds are done via available Paypal facilities. Please refer to Paypal user manual for more information.
